D & I Electronics is a premiere alarm monitoring and installation
company. We have been in business for over 35 years in the Plainfield /
Joliet area. Company founder and President Martin Ivec holds a Bachelor
of Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and was a project
engineer with Motorola for six years before leaving to start D&I Electronics.
Martin, "Marty" is an accomplished electrical engineer and possesses
five industry related patents. Due in part to our technical expertise
and experience, we are one of the few local alarm companies asked to
bid on complex alarm systems for banks in the area, aside from large
companies that install bank alarms only. We stand by our products and
will service any alarm that we install, as well as monitor any alarm.
Our experienced staff is comprised of talented technicians and
professional dispatchers. We have staff on call 24 hours a day, in case
of emergencies and our central station dispatchers work around the
clock. Our goal is to educate our customers before making the sale.
