A message to our alarm customers:
The current Phase 4 guidelines for the COVID-19 Pandemic will not affect our normal business operations with regard to our Central Station Operators and your alarm monitoring services. These monitoring services will be continue as normal. Service and installation appointments will also continue as scheduled. If you would like to re-schedule your appointment, we certainly understand, please call our office at 815-436-6003. As always, an On-Call technician is available 24-hours a day for Emergency service and will be provided upon request and at our discretion. We are taking the safety of our Customers and Employees very seriously at this time and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented outbreak.
We will continue to provide updates as they become available in this rapidly changing environment. We are committed to providing exceptional monitoring services and our Operators will be fully staffed to provide 24-hour monitoring service as always. Our office will be closed to the public until the Shelter-in-Place order expires and there will be no admittance granted to anyone who is not employed by D & I Electronics, Inc. during this time to minimize the potential risk of exposure to COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns or need to temporarily adjust your alarm dispatching instructions or open and close schedules, please call our office anytime at 815-436-6003 and an Operator will assist you with your request.
